Protein Cookie Recipes

– 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter – ½ cup maple syrup – 2 large egg – ½ cup plant-based vanilla protein powder, I used Sun Warrior vanilla – ½ teaspoon baking soda – ⅓ cup chocolate chips, I like Lily’s dark chocolate chip

Ingredient

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cover a baking sheet with parchment or silicone.

Direction

Stir up all ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Form 16 balls from dough using a tablespoon or medium cookie scoop.

About 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie. Make cookies by flattening with fingers or a fork.
